Before submitting your application, it is crucial to thoroughly review all the information available on our website and online regarding the IDP.
Please be aware that according to both UN Conventions 1949 & 1968, the mandatory requirement is the grey color booklet, not the card. The card is only intended for use in case of losing the booklet until we send the newly printed booklet.
If the application is canceled due to Japan or South Africa, a 10% deduction for general services will be applicable once the note is mentioned on our countries page.
You have the option to cancel your application within one day, but there will be a 30% deduction for our services cost, unless we have issued and sent the softcopy or printed it out. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping cost if it is our error, but not if the shipment has already reached the destination.
Please note that we do not accept returns for certain items, including those returned more than 7 days after delivery, items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing elements, products with missing information or altered security holograms, and items purchased from other companies. If you have a valid reason for return that is not stated on our website, we will consider it on a case-by-case basis.
In the case of a wrong typo email address being the fault of the applicant, no responsibility lies with us once the softcopy has been sent.
If a loss occurs, the applicant is responsible for covering the re-printing and shipping costs.
